Cypress Lakes Homeowners’ Association, Inc. was established March 24, 1981, on behalf of Florida National Properties, Inc. Cypress Lakes is comprised of 145 custom-built, single-family homes. Located in Coral Springs, Florida, at the corner of Atlantic Blvd. and Coral Springs Drive. The community is centrally located and offers easy access to major roadways as well as the city center surrounded by multiple outstanding schools, many public parks, and other amenities provided by the municipality. The community is unique because it enjoys privacy without the formality and cost of operating a gate system.The Budget for 2026 year per homeowner is $633.13.
We’ve put our association on line to provide you with more convenience and a wealth of website services and opportunities to share ideas and information; get news and announcements; access an online resource center or important association documents and forms; join discussion forums; utilize the member directory; and much more.
