WELCOME

Cypress Lakes Homeowners’ Association, Inc. was established March 24, 1981, on behalf of Florida National Properties, Inc. Cypress Lakes is comprised of 145 custom-built, single-family homes. Located in Coral Springs, Florida, at the corner of Atlantic Blvd. and Coral Springs Drive the community is centrally located and offers easy access to major roadways as well as the city center surrounded by multiple outstanding schools, many public parks, and other amenities provided by the municipality. The community is unique because it enjoys privacy without the formality and cost of operating a gate system.The Budget for 2026 year per homeowner is $633.13.  

 

We’ve put our association on line to provide you with more convenience and a wealth of website services and opportunities to share ideas and information; get news and announcements; access an online resource center or important association documents and forms; join discussion forums; utilize the member directory; and much more.

 

We’re excited about offering website association services and consider it a valuable amenity for the Cypress Lakes Homeowners’ Association, Inc., community. For an overview of the service and a few ideas as to how it can help save you time and get you connected with our community.

The Board has a fiduciary duty to protect the organizations assets and represent the interest of its members or shareholders. This includes monitoring financial performance and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
In summary, the Board of Directors plays a vital role in guiding and managing an organization, ensuring it operates effectively and ethically. 

*Please be mindful that every member of the Board of Directors is a volunteer to our community, and while the members may change from time to time, each member of the Board of Directors are volunteers who, once elected, are willing to provide time, expertise, and a concern for the well-being of the community. The Board of Directors cannot police everything in the neighborhood, so if you see something, say something. Let the Board of Directors know, and efforts will be made to correct the situation.
